Facebook continues to add new opportunities for chiropractors to attract new patients.
In fact, over the last couple of weeks, Facebook added a few new tools you can start using immediately to spread the word about your practice.
Most of these new opportunities require you to have a Chiropractic Facebook Page. And, since there’s zero cost to set one up, there’s no excuse why you shouldn’t be all over this.
Creative Way #1: Page Like Story
With this new diddy, you can now display a little “story ad” to the local friends of everyone who clicks the like button on your Chiropractic Facebook Page and becomes a Fan.
The “story ad” contains the person’s picture who became your Fan, shows that they “liked” your Page, and contains a link directly back to your Chiropractic Facebook Page.
Creative Way #2: Page Post Like Story
With this option, when one of your fans likes one of the status updates you make or pictures/videos you post to your Chiropractic Facebook Page, an ad will once again be displayed to their local friends with their picture, a little blurb showing that they liked your post, and a link directly back to the post on your Chiropractic Facebook Page.
This is cool because it shows your Fans friends that they like and are getting value from something you shared on Facebook. This makes it much more likely that one of their friends will click the link, go back to your Chiropractic Facebook Page, and also, become your Fan.
Creative Way #3: Page Post Story
Here is where you can create even more engagement and interaction with patients and prospective patients on your Facebook Page.
The way this little tool works… is that anytime you post a new update, video, picture, etc., on your Facebook Page, an ad will be displayed just to your Fans, with a little blurb from your post, and a direct link back to your Page.
Granted, anytime you post an update to your Facebook Page your Fans will see it in their newsfeed without you having to do anything.
But, if you’re finding that you’re not currently getting the engagement and interaction on your Page that you’d like, this provides you with another opportunity to get their attention.
Keep in mind, these 3 new ways of using Facebook advertising to generate Fans and new patients, is in addition to all of the other opportunities Facebook gives you.
You can still use Facebook advertising – something that continues to work like gangbusters right now for chiropractors – to drive targeted, local prospective patients directly to your main website.
And, since the Facebook Advertising platform gives you incredibly deep and focused targeting options, you can advertise your practice precisely to the market segments you want with a specific ad and offer, driving them to a congruent webpage to generate a lead (by getting their name and email).
