   beautiful clarity on a topic I hear so much reference to but litlte on practical application. Until now i thought I had to set up a shopping cart, payment processsor, opt-in page and download page to make this system work. – What a pleasant surprise!!

   If you are getting paid for referring someone to a web site and getting paid for
   thr referral does this not violate the Stark Law

   You’re not referring them for testing or to a company where you are a shareholder or part owner. You’re mentioning a book or informational resource… not even necessarily a “referral or recommendation” and getting a commission if they purchase.

   I’m not a lawyer (and recommend you speak to one), but after reviewing the Stark Law this does not seem to violate it any way.
