I was going to order two of your products, but had a question about one of them. It is impossible to speak with you and your one and only assistant, Kelly, doesn’t return calls. You have an answering service handle ALL calls and they told me that Kelly is in from 10-2 M-F and will not answer the line when the answering service puts a call through. She must call back. Well, we are busy in practice and are frequently with patients and if she is only at work from 10-2 how are we supposed to get q’s answered about your products. I’m amazed that you have any success at all with such horrendous customer service.
